How We Pack Your Order

  • All items are individually inspected before packing
  • Injectable vials are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in rigid foam inserts
  • Parcels are double-sealed and tamper-evident
  • Discreet packaging — no medical product names on the outside
  • Temperature-sensitive products include cooling packs where required

Please inspect your parcel immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or leaked vial, you must report it within 24 hours with an unboxing video. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible. See our Refund Policy for full details.

Frequently Asked Questions

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on business days are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends are dispatched the next business day.

Do you ship outside the Philippines?

Currently, we only ship within the Philippines. International shipping is not available at this time.

How are injectable products packed?

All vials and injectable products are packed in insulated, cushioned packaging to protect them during transit. Each parcel is sealed and inspected before dispatch.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your Account dashboard.

What if my parcel arrives damaged?

Please refer to our Refund Policy. Damaged vials must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with a clear unboxing video as proof.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes cannot be accommodated once an order has been dispatched. Please double-check your address before completing checkout.
