Our Commitment to Quality
At GlowSlim PH, we carefully inspect and securely pack every item before shipping to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Due to the nature of injectable and medical-related products, our refund and replacement policy is strictly defined below.
24-Hour Reporting Window — Critical
Any damaged or leaked vial concern must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Claims submitted after this window may no longer be eligible for a refund or replacement. Do not discard any packaging or products until your claim is fully resolved.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement
- Damaged vials upon delivery
- Cracked or broken vials
- Leaked vials inside sealed packaging
* Reported within 24 hours with valid unboxing video
NOT Eligible for Refund
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Incorrect orders placed by the customer
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
- Items damaged by improper customer handling
- Claims reported after 24 hours of receipt
- Claims submitted with photos only (no video)
Unboxing Video Requirements
Required for all damage claims — no exceptions
Photos alone are NOT accepted. You must provide a continuous, uncut unboxing video that clearly shows all of the following:
Parcel sealed before opening
Show the package is fully intact and unopened
Opening of the package
Record yourself cutting or opening the parcel
Close-up of damaged vial
Clearly show the cracked, broken, or leaked vial
Label and contents visible
Product label and batch number must be legible
Videos sent after 24 hours of receipt may no longer be eligible for a claim. Record and submit immediately upon noticing damage.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are strictly non-refundable regardless of circumstances:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer
- Items where no unboxing video was recorded at time of delivery
- Orders where concern was reported beyond the 24-hour window

Submit Your Claim

Verification (1–2 Business Days)
Our team reviews your unboxing video and verifies the reported damage against your order.
Approval & Processing (3–5 Business Days)
Once approved, your replacement is dispatched or your refund is processed promptly.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued via your original payment method or as store credit — your choice.
